Guests are invited to a special Christmas celebration at Atlanta's Italian Steakhouse, The Americano, helmed by celebrity chef Scott Conant. The restaurant will serve a four course prix-fixe menu with highlights including:
Olive Oil Poached Octopus with fingerling potatoes, olives & capers
Dry Aged Duck Breast with celery root purée, foie gras & porcini jus
Braised Pork Shank with truffle polenta, pine nut gremolata & apple cider jus
